VALENTINE’S AT KEMURI TATSU-YA

From Thursday, February 13 to Monday, February 17, the Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized East Austin restaurant by chef + owner Tatsu Aikawa will offer up a three-course tasting menu featuring some of the most-loved Kemuri dishes. The Valentine’s Day-themed experience will be available alongside the regular Japanese izakaya-meets-Texas-smokehouse menu. Reservations are recommended but not required.

TORIAEZU

Hamachi Sashimi: wasabi, smoked jalapeño

Avocado & Lotus Salad: avocado, smoked tomato, crispy lotus, citrus soy

Taiyaki Cornbread: sesame butter, local honey, stone ground cornmeal

Kara-age: twice-fried chicken thighs, koji hot sauce

Choice of: Ribs, Brisket, Eggplant (aka Hippie Bone Marrow), or BBQ Eel 

+Bento: rice, nori, pickles, guac, hot sauce
